GenerationEtech partners with SoftwareBeacon to provide NetCool Training to its Clients

Since Q4 2006, GenerationE Technologies has partnered with SoftwareBeacon of Redmond WA to offer comprehensive training and mentorship services on the NetCool Suite to its clients.  The training and mentorship classes are typically offered at the client site.  GenE also has fully equipped classrooms at certain GenE locations across the US that can also be used for conducting these training classes.

The training classes are modified to GenE clients needs, assuring the highest quality for the client while covering all the technical content of the IBM Tivoli NetCool certified curriculum. GenE's partnership with SoftwareBeacon delivers advance knowledge about the NetCool software through systematic instructional courses. The hands on practical exercises and the real life demos that are included in the GenE/SoftwareBeacon training curricula allow the GenE clients to use the NetCool software to manage their networks more effectively and reduce operational costs.
